We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Mind Map My Madness is a web-based mind mapping application that allows users to create, edit, organize, and share visual mind maps. The Service may include free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and limitations.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to upload, create, or share content that:

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any defects will be corrected
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MIND MAP MY MADNESS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Damages resulting from any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Damages resulting from any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Damages resulting from any content or conduct of third parties

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mind Map My Madness and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
